This satisfaction survey includes graduate students who participated 2021 CIT Open Lab Day Event held from October 5 to October 8, 2021. 

(※ Not open to undergraduates)

Collected personal information will only be used for the purposes of Open Lab Day operation at CNU Institute of Technology for Convergence and Innovation.

1. Personal information items collected: Name, department, program, contact details

2. Personal information collection method: internet survey form

3. Purpose of collection and usage of personal information: Operation and effect analysis of events

4. Term of retention and usage of personal information: Personal information of users will be destroyed without delay when purpose of collection and usage of personal information is achieved (completion of BK21 FOUR project).

5. Any responses to survey items will be deemed to have agreed to collection and usage of personal information.
